Our retreat gets you back to nature... with vineyard and scrub walks, (accompanied by at least one of our Border Collies), friendly geese, an inquisitive free-roaming peacock, hens, rescued & wild kangaroos, the occasional Koala and a myriad of birdlife. Take in the views from the verandas, sit by the campfire (during the cooler months) or relax in the hammock.

This lovely 1920's cottage is located in a quiet tree lined street in the heart of Tanunda. Miriam's is a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants such as Ferment Asian, 1918, Musque and cafe's. Also walking distance to Langmeil winery, Peter Lehmann, Z Wines etc Breakfast provisions are there for guests to either have a cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms or continental breakfast. Included is also a cheese plate and bottle of wine. Firepit only supplied when seasonal.

‘Crush’ Guest Room is part of the original homestead on the property over 160 years old that Dean and Lou Hewitson have lovingly restored. The suite opens to small courtyard garden and is a 15 metre walk to the deck overlooking our vineyard. Take in these unparalleled views while enjoying a glass of Hewitson Wines.
