There are lots of dining options in Eureka Springs, but we love Sparky's the most. I know - it looks like a 50's diner in this photo, but the back of the restaurant is a huge tent for more seating. It's comfortable, winter and summer - and just feels casual and fun. The menu is eclectic and ever-changing, with lots of locally sourced veggies and produce, along with basic burgers and hot sandwiches. But here's the deal: Everything is mouthwateringly good, AND they have a HUGE beer/wine/cocktail menu, too.

Sparky’s is a local favorite famous for their Sparky burger. The menu has something for everyone, the chicken and goat cheese quesadilla!! Say hi to Dave and Ruth, and prepare to be stuffed!
