We are located just 1 mile from the heart of Downtown Vancouver, where you’ll find an awesome mix of restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. *NOTE: our home borders 3 new townhomes so privacy may be limited in the backyard. Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

A magical stroll through the woods leads to the suspension bridge. You won't believe you're only minutes from town. Wear appropriate shoes as it is a short 2-minute hike to the tree house. At times, it can get a little slick.

Enjoy this quiet, roomy and well-located 1 bedroom apartment. You have a completely separate entrance, living room and kitchenette. Near to I-5 and I-205 with shopping, restaurants, parks & the Salmon Creek trail all within 1.5 miles. PDX airport is 20-25 minutes. Relax by the gas fireplace, watch Dish TV, BBQ on the grill or enjoy the shared backyard and the more private entry yard. The laundry is shared with the attached main house. Watch some TV from the king sized bed. Rest peacefully in the quiet country! There's plenty of space for parking, a horse trailer or boat. The Clark County Event Center, RV Inn Style Amphitheater and I-5 are 3 miles away.
