Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

The Casita Del Rio has been set up for maximum comfort and enjoyment on your vacation. We have two 4K TVs (one in the living room and one in the front bedroom) and a smaller TV in the back bedroom. Welcome! The Cuvée Cottage will be your home away from home. We are located 2 blocks from downtown Carlton in the heart of Yamhill-Carlton AVA. The 1937 cottage was remodeled in 2019. We have kept a lot of its character while making it a cozy and comfortable space to relax in. The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in wine country! Relax in comfortable queen beds in each room with private decks to enjoy the wines you’ve picked up from the day.
