Check in process was very difficult. You could only check in via web link and It would not work on my phone. I had to drive to a PC just for the link to work and check in. They insisted there was no other way to check in except for that link. I asked them to just cancel the reservation due to the complexity of the issue and they advised me to contact Airbnb if I wanted to cancel. Not helpful, at all.
