Very nice place, super clean and great communication! Loved our stay

Excelente ubicación en pleno centro, a unos minutos andando a la puerta del Sol, y a minuto del metro de Ópera. Muy buen sitio para alojarse

El apartamento es tal cual lo muestran las fotos, excelente ubicación cerca de dos metros, sobre una calle peatonal siempre con mucha gente , de fácil acceso ,muy limpio, buena comunicación con el anfitrión .-

We had a very good stay at Pentas apartment which is very spacious and centrally located. The building is older and full of character and also has a lift and the apartment is modern. The apartment was larger than we anticipated and the layout was good - the bedrooms are at the back; we had spare bathrooms (good for travelling with family). The front room gets noise from the street, which is busy. There were a few minor issues - the key system which requires an app was initially hard to figure out, we couldn’t figure out the washing machine, there were no dishwasher tabs. We did not ask for these to be corrected. Overall, Penta was highly responsive. A solid choice for Madrid.
