Very nice place, we had a great time and kerri super very good person and always attentive, we had the opportunity to meet, of course we would return.

The space is wonderful, very spacious, clean, beautiful patio and backyard. So many options to relax or chat. The only problem is that we need to book more days! Can't wait to come back.

We had the best time staying at the ranch house! Everything was cozy and peaceful. The location was beautiful and private but also close to Fredericksburg and all of the cute shops and restaurants. Kerri was an amazing host and very responsive. We really enjoyed all of the resident animals, dogs, ponies, horses and a goat. Would highly recommend staying here! We decided to make this a yearly trip for our Bookclub!

Very pretty cabin with great views and lots of wildlife. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is your place.
