Irina is a wonderful teacher and the class was fantastic. This was my first aerial arts class and the experience was very much worth it. Irina made it easy to learn and made the experience very comfortable. The location was beautiful as well on the Barcelona beach. I would highly recommend the class and absolutely go again if I have the time to do so.

A Magical Aerial Yoga Experience on the Beach!

This was my very first time trying aerial yoga, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The setting on the beach was absolutely breathtaking — the sound of the waves, the fresh ocean breeze, and the stunning view made it all feel so peaceful and special.

The instructor was truly amazing — so patient, kind, and encouraging. I had some trouble getting to the class, but she waited and welcomed me with such warmth. She made sure I felt safe and supported throughout the entire session, guiding me through every movement with care.

Even though it was my first time, I felt comfortable and empowered. Now I’m inspired to continue aerial yoga back home — though I’ll definitely miss the beach view! I absolutely plan to book this class again the next time I’m in Barcelona.

This experience was unique and so much fun! Irina was very good at taking me step by step on how to position myself and was patient with me as it was my first time! Highly recommend adding this while visiting Barcelona!
