Fantastic unique experience. We watched and learned how they make their cheese. We were shown around their very clean family run farm and enjoyed bottle feeding some of their lambs. Finally we had a lunch of their delicious cheese and wine. Exceedingly friendly hosts.

This was a wonderful experience in how sheep's cheese is made at a beautiful setting! It is so rare to find cheese made in the traditional way, and this was super informative! Francesco was a lovely, friendly host. Thank you for welcoming us to your home and sharing your knowledge!
