Sophia trained in Classical Hatha Yoga methods as handed down from Indra Devi, known as the First Lady of yoga. Sophia completed the 500-hour teacher training in the Indra-Devi style at the Spiritual Yoga Training Institute in Camel Rock, California in 2002.
