No hand towels were provided, and we were told the cleaners couldn’t come back out, so nothing could be done - not very helpful. The communal areas weren’t clean, the hand soap was empty and advertised hair straighteners were missing. The bed was very creaky, which made for a difficult night’s sleep and with no external door handle, we had to slam the door shut - clearly a common issue, as we heard others doing the same.

The apartment has potential, but basic things really let it down.

Lovely air bnb. Would definitely stay again. Beautiful decor. It’s nice and spacious too. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was nice and powerful. The only issue was the heating was off and it got very cold when we were out. We came back quite late and struggled to turn on the heating. Maybe something stuck to the boiler with directions on how to turn on the heating would be good. Other than that though fantastic stay and beautiful place.

One of the bedrooms didn't have anything at the window which meant a very bright room as soon as the sun was up. Also would advise bringing extra towels - we were given one towel each and a hand towel to share.
Other than that the stay was top notch. The flat is much bigger than the photos suggest and is in a fabulous location, central to everything. Really clean and very aesthetically pleasing.
should be noted there are 90 steps with no lift.
