Chef Roilty brought friendly and excellent service, delicious food, and a fun experience to our dining table. Would 100% recommend! He’s highly skilled and it shows. We had a fabulous time, and hope to experience this again in the near future.

Our experience with Chef Roilty was absolutely amazing. He arrived right on time, was professional, clean, and incredibly friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed since he came to our Airbnb, and he made the entire evening feel both special and comfortable.

We enjoyed a five course meal including a mixed greens salad, pork belly, chicken Khao Soi, duck breast, and chocolate soufflé. Every dish was excellent, but the Khao Soi was a true standout and worth booking the experience for on its own.

Chef Roilty was personable, funny, and easy to connect with. Through our conversations we learned that he has been featured on several Food Network shows which was impressive considering he is self taught. His passion for food really shines through both in the cooking and the storytelling.

For $300 having a private five course dinner for two prepared in our home felt like incredible value. The service, food quality, and overall experience far exceeded our expectations.
