Natural and organic food supermarket, similar to Whole Foods but a little smaller and local (they have about a dozen stores, mostly on the central coast). Excellent hot food and salad bar! Closed Sundays.

Lassen's has it all, espresso, smoothies, natural foods, an awesome food bar (every night a different theme, Monday is Indian Food).
