Great food in the lovely scenic little village of Shaldon. Hop across the river in the ferry to visit this pub to experience some delicious pub food. They serve a great roast on a Sunday, but book ahead in the summer months as Shaldon can get very busy. The seafood platter I hear is to die for! They also have quiz nights too.

This is a great local pub on the Village Green at Shaldon. Go for Sunday Lunch - it's great. Always book.

Great traditional English pub grub - huge portions - decent ale and wonderful low-key atmosphere. It's a must place to visit during your stay.
