This small cafe is an order at the counter and seat yourself place. The small space would fill up quickly at peak times. It has cute touches like Jade plants on each table. They offer a lot of specials besides the menu and a selection of baked goods.

This place serves some of my favourite breakfast and lunch wraps as well as hearty gluten free soups. It is also conveniently located downtown. Tip: I often like to pick up my order from here and head to the river to enjoy!

Where hearty meets healthy, Harvest Cafe is the spot to hit for a quick and delicious bite. They make all of their soups and sauces (gluten-free too) in-house, as well as their freshly baked, ooey-gooey cinnamon buns. Vegan and gluten-free options are available for their wraps and paninis.
