台北國際藝術村建於1953年，外觀以黃色與灰色為基調，共有四層樓；台北國際藝術村目前已與約30多個國家以及許多的相關機構合作藝術交換計畫，包括SSAMZIE空間(韓國)、SACATAR基金會(巴西)、FCS、澳中理事會、亞洲連線、蓋斯渥克(英國)、芬蘭當代藝術中心(芬蘭)、O.K.當代藝術中心(奧地利)、亞洲研究基金會(ASPCC)等等，促進台灣與國際的文化藝術交流。
