CHEO - the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, is a paediatric health-care, research, and trauma centre for children, one of only seven Level I trauma centres for children in Canada l in Edmonton, and BC Children's Hospital in Vancouver). It is located at 401 Smyth Road. CHEO provides complex paediatric care, research and education. CHEO is a founding member of Kids Health Alliance, a network of partners. It is also an academic health science centre. Each year, it provides education to 2,300 future paediatricians, nurses, and other health professionals.

Hopefully you will never need it, but this Ottawa's children's hospital, complete with Emergency. Available to patients 17 and younger. Right beside the General Campus of Ottawa Hospital, just in case
