This is a good base for a walk up Colman’s hill or into the holloways which are both a great walk. It’s got a lovely cafe, farm shop and home shop selling some lovely stuff. They also have a bike shop here where you can hire bikes for the day

there's a lovely circular walk from the village up to the iconic Colmer's Hill. You can have lunch back in the village at the Symondsbury Kitchen or in the village pub.

Great for walks (including up the iconic Colmers Hill), a couple of great shops and a cafe, all in a beautiful setting. A lovely place to spend a few hours.
