A place that collects food from supermarkets that is close to their expiration date and makes beautiful dishes with it. Their goal is to bring back the global food waste. One of the first of it's kind in the world.

A must visit: one of the first restaurants in the world where food surplus is turned into tasty meals. The chef cooks with all the food that would be normally thrown away at supermarkets or producers, but all still perfectly good food! Nice atmosphere, great service. Have a three course dinner here. Address: at the Czaar Peterstraat 21 (they moved!). Reserve at instock.nl.

My hands down fav-restaurant. They use product that would have otherwise gone to waist. Amazing initiative and absolutely delicious meals!
