They do tours so you can see how this ethically sourced chocolate is made from beans to bar. The art work is done by a variety of NZ artists and you can pick up the chocolate around Wellington. Great Wellington gift to take home.

Each crafted bars, is hand wrapped in custom artwork by talented local artists. All of the chocolate is Fairtrade, & made from organic ingredients where possible. The Coconut Milk Chocolate Bar won the Silver Award at NZ Chocolate Awards 2018. This vegan bar was originally called the Two Tree bar with the ingredients stemming from only two trees. The name was changed to be a little more self-explanatory. 50% Cacao. 75g Bar. Earthy and rich, with a lingering coconut creaminess that heightens the flavour of the Dominican Republic beans. Chocolate details: Dominican Republic Conacado Co-operative Trinitario cacao beans. Indonesian organic coconut blossom sugar. Eva Street Factory (5 Eva St, Te Aro) where you can book a tour and learn all about the art of crafting fine chocolate. You can learn trade secrets in the chocolate tours where you can learn about the bean to bar process in-depth, while going on a taste journey. Enjoy the very best hot chocolates in the city, made with just chocolate & your choice of milk (dairy, soy or coconut), or iced chocolates - made with our famous bean-to-bar chocolate, your choice of milk (dairy, soy or coconut) & some more chocolate for good measure!
