This is a lovely, family run Garden Centre with knowledgeable, friendly staff - Chris (the owner) is usually around and always friendly and helpful. His wife runs the fabulous 'Shed' cafe with the best home-made cakes in the County (in my expert opinion - and I've eaten a LOT of cakes.... ;-) ) The Shed cafe has a gorgeous woodburning stove to relax beside, as well as a selection of gifts and crafts available for sale.

Big wood-burner with sofa or outside tables in summer. Great fresh, locally-sourced food and a range of hot chocolates (proper chocolate pennies) teas and coffees. Good selection of cakes and simple savouries. Luscious pies. Great staff. So homely. Occupies part of a family-run, small garden centre.
