ELEMENTS of BYRON is open to the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner - and the all-day bar offers great cocktails, nibbles and snacks. ‘Elements’ is a great choice for breakfast - but remember to ask for a table overlooking the pool - even if you have to wait. And the bar is also opened all day for locals as well as guests and it’s a great place to while away an hour or two or to have a pre-dinner cocktail or drink - before dining in the restaurant or popping back into town to your restaurant of choice.

Another place close by to Ewingsdale Cottage is the up market Elements Resort. Fine dining with beautiful views of their pool. A lovely place to treat yourself.
