Ask any Memphian where the best bbq is, and you'll get a different answer from every one you ask. This is not my #1, but it's really good bar-b-que!

BBQ SAUCE Although Memphis is known for their dry-rub, I've always been a sweet and saucy fan myself. One & Only uses a sweet sauce which I find delightful. They also have amazing sides—slaw, beans, mac & cheese—which for me is as equally important as the BBQ itself. There are multiple locations across the city.

BBQ is marinated for at least 24 hours, then slow cooked at 225 degrees. Ribs are offered wet or dry, while pork shoulder is pulled or chopped. Lots of sides and homemade desserts.
