Founded in 1921 by Italian immigrant Mariano Meconi you'll often see their slogan "Italian roots, Michigan soil." Their dedication to using ONLY fruit grown in Michigan, along with the names and bottle covers proves their passion for our great state of Michigan.If I'm being honest- I'm not a "wine drinker" per say however I look forward to stopping HERE first ;) The tasting room is rustic and quint- knowledgeable staff and affordable wine. They have added ciders and brandy's to their tasting menu as well! I'm a "sweet" wine drinker, reds, whites, blush, I'm equal opportunity as long as it's sweet :) Grab some sparkling white grape juice for the under age or enjoy yourself! If you can't make it to the tasting room- it's ok- You can get this brand at the local grocer that's only 5 min away :)

Absolutely my favorite go to place!! Enjoy sampling Michigan wines In the sampling room. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable .. St Julian winery is a great place to visit while your in Frankenmuth!!
