An interesting historic place to visit. You can walk there along the river edge from the centre of Beaulieu and can also get a combined ticket with the motor museum.

This 18th century ship building village near Beaulieu is only a 20 minute drive from The Hideaway. With a maritime museum, choose from historical walks, a river cruise, or a lovely lunch in the beautifully located Master Builder’s Hotel or The Captains Table.

Beautiful and historic Bucklers Hard has interesting museum explaining history of Beaulieu and Bucklers Hard. And of course there is the famous motor museum.
