A beautiful 13th century former hall house overlooking the picturesque village green and church. Sit in the lovely garden, or indoors during the winter by the log fire. This place serves good food and has an array of guest beers and gins.

Herne Hill is an interesting little village with superb old Kentish houses and an old church and oast house. The Red Lion is a lovely old pub serving good English food.

An idyllic Kentish village home to this ancient pub. 1364 above the door. Good beer, food except Sunday pm.
