Excellent surfing for beginners and intermediates. Beautiful sand and sunsets. Many cute little restaurants line the beach.

2.5 miles of beach, with interesting tide pools at north and south ends during low tide. Solid sand for running. South end recommended for world class surfing.

To the West, a 90* minute drive to surfing, beaches, and fun in the sun; could be a “long-day-trip, better still: a 3 to 7-day weekend...?!?

Located at just 2 hours from San José, a easy drive to the beach and back, for 1 day getaway :) Jaco also offers great beach-front restaurants for lunch!
