Great state park, just 20-30 min drive away. Nice trails and sightseeing. You can rent boasts and kayaks in summer

Great hiking and mountain biking trails. They also have a swimming pool (get day pass) and boat rentals.

Beautiful lake park just 1.5 miles away - Annual iron man on the north side (we live near the south side.)
