The ultimate in après-ski, le chamois has hot pizza and cold beer by the pitcher. Vintage ski paraphernalia covers the walls, and some of the furniture is actually made of old skis!

Le Chamois and the Loft Bar have been welcoming diners and drinkers for 45 years! The grand-daddy of après-ski, Le Chamois or “the Chammy,” as it’s affectionately called, is tucked between the tram and the funitel at Squaw Valley Ski Resort and stays open all season long, making it an easy stop after your last run. Opened in 1969, this restaurant continues to be a must visit Squaw Valley tradition. Locals and visitors alike come together surrounded by entertaining photographs and memorabilia detailing some of the history of this legendary mountain and festive watering hole.

APRES SKI. Classic and amazing. Plus pizza! This is the most iconic/legendary place to grab some apres ski beers and find out who's the raddest skier on the mountain :)
