Verudela is a city tourist area in Pula. Administratively it belongs Due to its quietness and distance from the city noise, it is considered one of the most prestigious residential parts of the city. It includes the Punta Verudela peninsula, where there are many beaches favorite among guests who stay during the tourist season in nearby hotels located right by the sea. In the eastern part of the peninsula there is a sports and recreation center Bunarina with sports fields for tennis, football, basketball, volleyball, mini golf ... Within the tourist resort there are 3 outdoor pools and aquagan. On the peninsula is Fort Verudella, a coastal fort and one of the many fortifications built by the Austrians when they made Pula their main seaport in 1859.
