UPI appear to be the only higher education institution in Indonesia who consistently act in the field of education. In response to the development of science, technology, art, society demands and global change. UPI appear to take the initiative to develop educational innovation. With all the potential and resources owned, UPI set a vision to become: University of Pioneer and Excellence (A leading and outstanding university) UPI main campus located at Jalan Setiabudi 229 Bandung. On the main campus, UPI has 8 (eight) faculties and the Graduate School (SPs). Seventh faculties are: Faculty of Education (FIP), Faculty of Education Social Sciences (FPIPS), Faculty of Language Education and the Arts (FPBS), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FPMIPA) , Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education Faculty of Education and Health (FPOK), Faculty of Economics and Business Education (FPEB), and Faculty of Art and Design Education (FPSD).
