Best Pho downtown Victoria. Delicious broth - their hot and sour Soup with prawns is on of my favs. Also love the chicken pho with extra veggies. Their salad rolls are yummy and the lemongrass rolls Delicious! It’s a small place that is always full for lunch and dinner. A local Fav.
