If you like nature and you love learning, this is a great place to take the family for a tour. They rescue sea mammals with various creatures residing/rehabilitated and released, year around.

The Marine Mammal Center is a private, non-profit U.S. organization that was established in 1975 for the purpose of rescuing, rehabilitating, and releasing, marine mammals who are injured, ill, or abandoned.

They rehab sea lions and other sea creatures back to health. Worthy of a stop just to see the facility in action. Be sure to go to the 2nd level in the rear for optimal viewing of the sea lions in their cages.
