Masterbrewer Joel Halbleib has hit the mark with barrel-aged beers. Almost all of their offerings touch wood in some way whether in the barrel or through wood chips. I highly recommend their beer and the brewpub is great too!!! Don't bring your kids to this one, but you can sit outside with your pup.

This local brewery pays homage to bourbon by aging their beer in used bourbon barrels. Touch by wood, and brewed with limestone water - their brewmaster is crafting highly drinkable beers with a unique Kentucky connection.
