An excellent whale watching and photography viewpoint. Walk the historic 804 Trail (.75 miles one-way with resting benches scattered along the way). The park is known for tidepooling, rock fishing and the yearly smelt run (smelt are small, silvery relatives of salmon). Breathtaking sunsets.

This is located at the end of the street and offers amazing views of crashing waves on the rocks. Enjoy a sunset and fire on the beach.

Take a long, easy walk ocean side along this pathway. Beautiful views. Great as part of a day trip into Yachats. Take a windbreaker and/or jacket.

On the 804 trail (which is accessible from our street) a few minutes walk north with beautiful ancient lava rock formations and spectacular waves. Caution is advised on rocks at all times and they are slippery. Better to stay on the bluff and grassy area to observe.
