Go enjoy the great outdoors ! Nice walking trails throughout the main area of park. There is a large dog park area near the football fields that you can often have to yourself.

We love biking or running with the dogs here. It’s has great places for kids to play and long, beautiful paved paths.

This park is about 12 mins away and has mostly paved paths…off the path hiking on dirt trails is harder to find and used more by mountain bikers. If you take the main path down to the river though, you can take a very nice walk up the creek to your left in the sand with bare feet….it’s covered over with growth so a very nice, cool and refreshing walk. You can also walk down river to the right but will probably want to keep your shoes on…some nice views and small falls there to enjoy.
