Well why not coconut? Located on the corner of the Dumaguete North Road which is also known as the National Highway, and Aguinaldo Street (Which is mislabeled as P.T. Villanueva Street on Map). Offers a selection of Chicken Inasal (barbeque) and the option to go unlimited rice. Also serves Bangus (milfish) Sisig and the all time favorite Pork Sisig (for foreigners please google it... and give it a try.), they also have Lumpia Togue, please google it and Halo Halo. If you're stomach is up for it you can walk down the road from Mang Inasal and check out the Bais Night Street Food Market where various stalls serve all sorts grilled and fried food.
