You can walk down to the sea and along the little sea wall across the Duver. It has a rare selection of plants and seabirds. At the end of the sea wall you walk across the springy turf which was once a historic golf club and onto the boardwalk of St Helens Beach. Walk along to the end of the beach and if the tide is low around Node's Point to the Idyllic Priory Bay beach. Keep on going to Seaview and Ryde if you're feeling super-energetic and take a bus home again for a perfect day out.
