This place was once known for its roots in the national blues movement, as musicians came from all Six Wards of Houston to play at Reddi Room. Before catching a live musical performance at this swanky cocktail lounge, kick off the experience with $5 Old Fashioneds, $6 espresso martinis, $3 beers, and expertly-made cocktails, like the $6 Victory Girl — a combination of tequila, Aperol, chartreuse, pineapple, and lime. Happy hour is held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and live shows begin at 8:30 p.m. with a $5 cover on Thursdays, and at 9 p.m. with a $10 cover on Fridays and Saturdays.
