Regimental Badges cut into the chalk hill. Created by soldiers garrisoned and waiting to go to France during WW1. Nine of the original twenty survive with new ones added. Listed as scheduled monuments and war memorials.

These badges are a memorial to the soldiers who passed through Fovant and it surrounding areas on their way to the Great War.
