Known for Families, Budget Friendly, State & National Park. Great trails for hiking and fun (but busy) beach. Closest public boat launch.

Twanoh State Park, on Washington’s Hood Canal, offers a variety of gentle forested walks alongside or near babbling Twanoh Creek. Along the way, numerous benches offer ample opportunity to rest or simply sit and enjoy the forest.

Public Beach with safe area for children; rentals of paddle boards and kayaks. Camping & Hiking, Swimming. Boat launch, Tennis Courts, Horseshoe pit, Log Shelters for groups, lots of picnic tables. Lots of parking.
