Flora is a teeny tiny restaurant in Bilderdijkpark, which is also quite small and charming. They have fantastic brunch -- try the chicken and waffles and a Bloody Mary or horchata. The food is killer, the location is charming and all the windows makes it great for enjoying the sunshine.

Nice in the summer to sit outside. And as a Californian, I'm pretty happy with the tacos.
