Atop the Schieblock building is the first large urban roof farm in the Netherlands: DakAkker. Vegetables, fruit and herbs are grown here and you’ll even find honeybees. It’s the largest roof farm in Europe working straight from soil on the roof.

A great place for a healthy lunch on the rooftop of this building, and escape the busy streets. They even grow their own vegetables and herbs!
