The new restaurant of Principe Real is neither vegetarian nor vegan, it is not even entirely healthy. The showcase has both homemade kombucha and cold pressed juices such as ice cream from Paletaria, Marta cake or caipirinhas. It's Flexitarian, which is like who says it has options for all tastes and dietary preferences. And it's Naked because it's all done with natural products with minimal intervention possible. There are no meats, no processed foods, there are lots of fruit and vegetables and gluten-free alternatives, no sugars or no lactose.
