I can hardly tell you about all the castles in North wales, some like conwy are better ruins than others, but they are a must see especially for foreign travels that have never seen a real castle and how sturdily they were built.

One of our favourite castles. You can walk the walls and then visit the dungeons. A great day out.

This castle is one of the best preserved in Wales, Conwy itself is a lovely welsh town with various shops, eateries and history for you to explore
