This is a stunning place for so many reasons! Dramatic sea views, sea bird colonies, wildflower meadows, woodlands, as well as historic buildings and the beautiful art gallery. Don't miss it! The park has accessible paths and a tramper mobility vehicle - you need to book.

Enjoy this unique location and stare out to the sea, enjoy a meal in the cafe or go for a walk along the South West Coast Path

Durlston Castle and Country Park, situated 1 mile from Swanage in Dorset, is a fabulous 320 acre countryside paradise. With stunning views, walking trails, the historic Great Globe, superb geology, fascinating wildlife and Durlston Castle, there is always something different to see and do. From the main car park, you can take a short walk down to the lighthouse and stroll back towards the castle along the coast path. As well as the visitor centre, the castle houses a very good café/restaurant.
