Located inside the Carnegie Hotel across from ETSU, Wellington's is a classy way to spend an evening. Their food is on par with any big city's restaurant, yet it doen't feel stuffy or so elevated that it needs to be reserved for special occasions. The cocktail bar in particular is a great place to be on Thursday nights as local jazz musicians grace the lounge with live music. Perfect by yourself, with a date, or a crew!
