Fabulous open sparsely traveled beach. The shore break can be sever at times so watch yourself.

An amazing beach for the adventurous traveler! A 40-minute hike through the jungle will take you to this picturesque beach. Lots of stops along the way with views that will take your breath away :)

camping is a popular option. One of the beaches that people frequent for camping is Mal Paso Beach, about 30-40 min walk from the Sayulita main beach. It’s peaceful and beautiful – you’ll definitely enjoy it especially during the bioluminescence season! If you plan to do this (for real), make sure you bring food because there’s literally nothing there – no tent rentals, no porters, no food stalls – just the nature and the sea that you can enjoy by yourself
