Nicandra’s Our Chef and owner, Taco, began his career at French restaurant Cafe D’Alsace in NYC. He spent his time there learning the ins and outs of the kitchen before taking his talents to Michelin Star-ranked A Voce. After years of working for others and discovering a passion for creating a quality fine dining experience, Taco decided to open a place of his own in Bushwick, Brooklyn and name it after his wonderful mother, Nicandra. The menu is inspired by modern Italian cuisine with an emphasis on fresh pasta that is made in-house daily. This signature staple provides an experience that is unlike any other in the neighborhood.
