An enchanting forest of towering redwood trees. There is so much beauty when wandering through these giant trees. The perfect spot for a picnic and to explore the creeks or walking trails. Plenty of photo opportunities as this is nature at its most impressive.

A 10-min drive from Lady Protea is the most insta-famous destination in the region. This unique redwood forest has become very popular in recent years thanks to social media. The tall trees create a cooler mini climate. Great for hot summer days.

Grab a barista coffee ( locally roasted ) from downstairs and head out early to beat the crowds, a 15min drive form the Hotel. This space is magical with soaring Sequoia trees, we recommend you wander down to the pristine Yarra rivers edge also.
